Stuart (Stu) McCrea
Broker
After 20 years as Vice President of Business Development at one of Atlantic Canada’s Largest privately held real estate companies, Stu has now turned his business and negotiation skills to assisting individuals find the enjoyment that can come from being active on the water!
Stu’s passion for being on the water originated at a young age sailing and racing in Nova Scotia, and beyond. Stu has raced and cruised all over the North America in many one design boats and a wide variety of large racing/cruising yachts. In close to 40 years on the water, Stu has successfully competed in National, North American, and World Championships in various classes of sailboats. In addition to his inshore accomplishments, Stu has competed in no less thirteen Marblehead to Halifax races, three Newport Bermuda races along with other notable offshore races. Stu’s offshore accomplishments were recognized in 2016 when he was named Sail Canada’s (Gerry Renouf Award) and Sail Nova Scotia's (Hal Davies Trophy) offshore sailor of the year.
Over the years, Stu has become a trusted resource and possess extensive knowledge of boat design, operation, and maintenance. He has completed an extensive retrofit of various vessels, and fully versed in all construction and mechanical aspect of al types of yachts.
Stu is a good listener who is sensitive to the needs of his clients and looks forward to earning the respect and appreciation of buyers and sellers for being a straight shooter, and for his commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Yacht Sales Professional
India, a lifelong member of Nova Scotia’s boating community and a strategic marketing consultant, offers a unique perspective on yacht sales in Atlantic Canada.
From a young age, India has spent countless hours on the water, exploring Halifax Harbour with her family. She enjoyed deep-sea fishing and picnicking on McNabs Island, all while being inspired by her father’s passion for sailing. While attending university, India worked at The Binnacle, gaining practical experience in yacht systems, maintenance, and everyday decisions.
India’s competitive spirit is evident in her inshore and offshore racing achievements. She has participated in prestigious races like the Marblehead to Halifax Ocean Race, Newport–Bermuda, and Route St. Pierre, countless Chester Race Weeks, local regattas, and has logged significant miles delivering boats throughout the Atlantic.
As a former race boat owner, avid crew member, and past Vice Commodore at RNSYS, India understands yacht ownership from all angles—the helm, the dock, and the operational side of the sport.
In addition, India founded Port Tack Media, a marketing consultancy specializing in audience insights, positioning, and sales strategy. She applies her disciplined, consultative mindset to yacht sales, helping buyers carefully consider their boating needs and assisting sellers in presenting their boats thoughtfully and competitively.
For India, yacht sales goes beyond transactions. It’s about sharing her passion for yachting and helping clients confidently embark on their next chapter on the water.
